AI features notice
Effective September 8, 2026 · Version 2026-09-08
Some parts of AI Assurance Hub may use third-party machine-learning models (today, an optional in-app copilot). This notice is part of the Terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. Optional
The copilot is optional and may be unavailable if we have not configured a model provider for your environment. The core register, reviews, evidence, and exports do not require it.
2. What it does
The copilot can summarize or answer questions about records in your tenant that you can already see. It does not approve use cases, change risk rules, or sign policies.
3. Provider
When enabled, prompts and relevant tenant context may be sent to Anthropic, PBC to generate a response. Anthropic is listed on our Subprocessors page. Do not paste secrets, production credentials, or unnecessary special-category data into the copilot.
4. No reliance
Copilot output can be wrong, incomplete, or outdated. It is not legal advice and is not a decision of AI Assurance Hub LLC. You must verify anything you act on. AI Assurance Hub LLC is not liable for actions taken solely on copilot output, to the extent permitted by the Terms.
5. Customer content
You remain the controller of personal data in prompts. Do not use the copilot in a way that violates your own policies or the Acceptable Use Policy.
