Demo and evaluation terms

These terms apply to the public “Explore live demo” workspace and to any unpaid evaluation access AI Assurance Hub LLC grants. They supplement the Terms of Service.
1. Demo workspace
The Northwind Trading demo is a shared, periodically reset environment. Anything you type there may be visible to other visitors until reset and will be deleted. Do not enter real personal data, secrets, production records, or regulated data.
2. No production use
Demo and evaluation access is for evaluating the Service only. It is not licensed for production governance, customer work, or audit evidence you will rely on.
3. No SLA or support commitment
Availability, backups, and support SLAs do not apply. Features may be incomplete. We may modify or withdraw demo access at any time.
4. Disclaimer
DEMO AND EVALUATION ACCESS IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” THE DISCLAIMERS AND LIABILITY LIMITS IN THE TERMS AND THE PRODUCT DISCLAIMER APPLY. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR LOSS OF DATA IN THE DEMO.
5. Your content
You grant us a license to host demo content solely to operate the demo, including wiping it on reset. Do not submit content you cannot afford to lose or disclose.
6. Paid conversion
Creating a real organization under Start free is a separate workspace under the full Terms, Privacy Policy, and (if you process personal data of others) DPA.
