Product disclaimer
Effective September 8, 2026 · Version 2026-09-08
Please read this disclaimer together with the Terms of Service. It limits what AI Assurance Hub LLC represents about AI Assurance Hub.
1. Not legal, compliance, or audit advice
The Service, help articles, policy templates, framework mappings, starter kits, and any in-app copilot output are informational tools. They are not legal advice, compliance advice, an audit opinion, or a substitute for qualified counsel, a certification body, or your own risk judgment. You remain solely responsible for how your organization designs, deploys, and oversees AI systems.
2. No certification of compliance
Using the Service does not make you compliant with the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, OECD AI Principles, employment law, privacy law, or any other regime. Framework coverage shown in reports is a descriptive mapping of records you entered. It is not an attestation, certification, or legal determination. We do not issue ISO, SOC, or regulatory certificates.
3. Customer responsibility
- Accuracy and completeness of tools, use cases, assessments, and evidence you record;
- Whether a human reviewer is actually independent and competent;
- Whether safeguards are implemented outside the Service;
- Lawful basis for personal data you store;
- Decisions your organization makes about AI systems in the real world.
4. Risk scores and rules
Risk tiers are produced by rules you (or the default set) configure. They can be incomplete, outdated, or overridden. A “low” score is not a safety finding. A “high” score is not a legal prohibition unless your own counsel or a regulator says so.
5. No warranty of outcomes
We do not warrant that the Service will prevent incidents, bias, data leakage, regulatory action, or third-party claims. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AS STATED IN THE TERMS. Liability is limited as stated in the Terms.
6. Third-party services
Jira, Slack, Stripe, identity providers, and model vendors are third parties. Their availability, terms, and data practices are not under our control. Connecting them is your choice and your responsibility.
