1. Our materials

The AI Assurance Hub name, logos, software, documentation, policy templates, and website content (excluding Customer Content) are owned by AI Assurance Hub LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them except as the Terms allow.

2. Customer content

You retain ownership of Customer Content. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit it. We may remove content we reasonably believe infringes.

3. DMCA notices

If you believe material on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice that satisfies 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) to:

The notice must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature;
• Identification of the copyrighted work;
• Identification of the material to be removed and where it is located;
• Your contact information;
• A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized;
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act.

4. Counter-notices

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g) to the same address. We may restore the material unless the complainant files an action.

5. Repeat infringers

We may terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe.
