These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AI Assurance Hub (the "Service"), provided by AI Assurance Hub LLC. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
AI Assurance Hub is a system-of-record and workflow platform for AI governance. It helps you inventory, assess, approve, and document AI use cases. It is a documentation tool and does not provide legal advice or certify legal or regulatory compliance.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be authorized to act for your organization. Privileged roles are required to enable multi-factor authentication.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service unlawfully; (b) upload malware or infringing content; (c) attempt to breach security or access other tenants’ data; (d) reverse engineer or resell the Service except as permitted; or (e) exceed your plan’s limits.
4. Customer content
You retain ownership of the data you submit (“Customer Content”). You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the rights and lawful basis to submit Customer Content, including any personal data. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and DPA.
5. Fees
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing on notice effective at your next renewal. Failure to pay may result in suspension.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, branding, and content (excluding Customer Content), is owned by AI Assurance Hub LLC and protected by law. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT USE OF THE SERVICE WILL RESULT IN LEGAL OR REGULATORY COMPLIANCE. Framework mappings are descriptive only.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate as described in your plan; you may close your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
